Strategy and policy

While strategy and policy can often seem like a long-winded way of filling dusty shelves, when done properly a clear strategic approach underpinned by clear policies is essential to delivering effective and sustainable economic change.

I have expertise in helping to identify needs, define objectives, decide on delivery methods, build effective partnership, and define delivery and governance arrangements.  I can also help to shape the financial plans that turn a strategy into a plan.

I have a track record of negotiating each of these steps, and can help with any or all of them as needed.
